Rachel began working in general Pelvic Health just under a decade ago. In more recent years she has continued to progress her qualifications. She believes that pelvic health is so often overlooked. Rachel provides a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring that each client gets the right care tailored to them.

Rachel has had 3 children of her own and understands first hand the demands that places on the body. After going through her own pelvic health journey, Rachel found her true passion in treating pelvic health and hasn’t looked back.

Celina Daglaras

PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST & SPORTS PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Celina began her career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and developed a keen interest in Pelvic Health. Celina works with her clients to achieve their goals using exercise, manual therapy, training programs and education. Each client is individually assessed and a tailored treatment plan is developed.

Celina found her passion in Women’s Health from early on in her career. Celina believes it is such an important part of treatment and one that is not known by so many. Celina has a goal to ensure every woman receives the right pelvic floor care, as it is so vital to quality of life.

In her spare time, Celina is an avid soccer player, and trainer and loves her kitty cat! Celina enjoys spending time with her family and her little fur family.

Ellen Wood-Burgess

PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST & MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST

After graduating from LaTrobe university, Ellen has spent time rotating within the public hospital system. This has included time spent on various wards as well as in the outpatient musculoskeletal department and the postnatal maternity ward. This sparked passion for women's health and in particular, caring for women in the childbearing years.

Ellen has since undertaken further study to become a Women’s health physiotherapist. She loves to work with pregnant women to assist in having a smooth pregnancy, optimal delivery and great recovery!

Outside of work you will find Ellen frequenting pilates classes or settled on the couch with a good book or crochet hook in hand.

Angela Tam

PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST & MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Angela comes to us with over a decade of experience across both public and private settings in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has worked across such varied settings as hospital wards in the acute hospital, to community rehabilitation centers, private clinics pilates studios.


Angela is passionate about supporting women through their life changes, and believes that everyone can be active, with the right support. She enjoys treating women for pelvic health issues before, during and after pregnancy and being a part of their special journey. She has a particular interest in Pilates and is skilled at adapting exercises for all levels.
When not working at the clinic, Angela loves rock climbing and (mostly) loves raising her two little monkeys!

Lilly Witthoft

PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Lilly graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy and has since completed further training in both Women's and Men's Pelvic Health. She has experience across both public and private healthcare settings, including her role as a Grade 2 Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at the Mercy Hospital for Women, where she worked on the acute post-natal ward, post-gynaecological surgery ward, and managed pregnancy-related conditions. 

Lilly treats a broad range of conditions of pelvic floor and musculoskeletal dysfunction, including pregnancy and post-natal related concerns, incontinence, bladder and bowel issues, pelvic organ prolapse, and persistent pelvic pain such as endometriosis-related pain, vulvodynia, and vaginismus. She is also trained in pessary fitting for pelvic organ prolapse.

Lilly is also experienced working with sports and musculoskeletal injuries. She utilises manual therapy, dry needling, education, exercise, and load management to empower people in their rehabilitation journey. 

Outside of work, Lilly loves spending time with her golden retriever Barney, hitting the slopes snowboarding, running, and enjoying time with friends and family.
